Virtual Registration includes:

Access to all technical sessions through the CONFlux virtual platform (will include all video presentations & virtual exhibitor booths), digital download of the IEEE ISAF Proceedings.

Please note: Each Registration covers up to 2 publications. You can purchase an additional paper for a fee of $40.00 which you can add during your Registration.

*Recent graduates: If you are still in your first year past graduation, you may register at the student rate.

Authors

Presenting authors should register online by March 31, 2021. Please let us know if there will be a delay in registration. At least one author per paper will need to register.

Virtual Group Registration

Any organization that registers 5 or more FULL registrations and at least 5 additional registrations (e.g., students) for 10 total, then we will give away unlimited additional free STUDENT registrations to anyone from those organizations (with the same email domain)

Please contact [email protected] once the 10 registrations have completed their registration, and we will provide discount codes for the remaining attendees – you will need to provide their email addresses.

Bank Transfers

If you need to register via bank transfer, please use this form, and reach out to Kerstin Bonicard for bank transfer details. The deadline to register via bank transfer is April 18, 2021.

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to Kerstin Bonicard. A refund less a $50 administration fee, will be provided for cancellations received on or before April 18, 2021. No refunds will be made after this date.

A Message From The General Chairs
Dear All, thanks for contributing to a wonderful meeting.
 

The online nature is of course not ideal, however the overall engagement throughout the meeting has been fantastic. We’d like to especially thank all the people involved in the organization of this meeting, there are too many to mention here! We also want to thank all the participants for your patience and great contributions in making such dynamic and informative meeting under an exceptionally difficult situation.

The Virtual Conference Platform will be open until June 16th by end of business day, Eastern time.

We encourage you to continue to watch the pre-recorded and recorded live sessions you may have missed and use the Conversation Tab for any Q&A you would like to participate in.
